§ Complaints and returns

1. Any complaints related to the Goods or the implementation of the Sales Agreement may be submitted by the Buyer to the Seller. Complaints may be presented as follows:

a) through the panel for notification of complaints or returns, available in the client panel, after indicating the order number to which this applies

b) in writing to the Seller

c) in electronic form and send to [email protected]

Complaints should include a detailed description of the product being complained of and demonstration photos to document the complaint.

2. The seller must, within 14 days from the date of the request containing the complaint, respond to the complaint of the Goods or the complaint related to the implementation of the sales contract reported by the Client.

3. The client may file a complaint with the Seller regarding the use of free services provided by the Seller in electronic form. The complaint can be filed electronically and sent to [email protected] The customer must include a description of the problem in the complaint. The seller must timely, but no later than within 14 days, consider complaints and respond to the Client.

4. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract concluded in the online store within 30 days without explanation. The term for cancellation of the contract expires after 30 days from the day when you purchased the goods or when a third party, except for the carrier and specified by you, took possession of the goods. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract: 

A declaration may be submitted: 

a) in writing to the following address: PBS SOFT SERWIS SP. Z o.o. SKA st. Sienkiewicza 1, 39-300, Mielec; in electronic form by e-mail 

b) at the following address: [email protected]; or in the order window, in the client panel with a list of placed orders.

 An example of a withdrawal form template is given in Appendix 2 to the Consumer Rights Act. To meet the deadline for canceling the contract, you just need to send information about the exercise of your right to cancel the contract before the deadline for canceling the contract. In the event of cancellation of this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs associated with the delivery method you choose, other than the cheapest regular delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case not later than 30 days from the day you receive the returned item. Payment refunds will be made using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item. Shipping returns of purchased items are at your expense. Purchased goods should be returned in an unused, complete condition, in the original packaging, in a condition indicating no use. We remind you that cosmetics, hygiene and other medicinal herbal specifics are not refundable. In the event of signs of use or return of damaged goods or items with signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse returns.
